Shipping and returns

We hope that your purchase will bring you maximum pleasure!

Please always double-check our size charts and measure correctly before placing your order.  

However, if you wish to return or exchange an item, please read the rules below.

We are always happy to help you if there is a problem and you would like to make a return,  if the item purchased was not on sale and you are within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items which you can return are homeward, bodysuits,pants, dresses and T-shirts.

Returns and exchanges are possible if all tags and seals are intact and the product's properties are intact, you have tried the products on over your underwear.Please note, they must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packing.

All other items, such as: bras, panties, bodysuits, stockings, garters, chockers, bondages etc. can NOT be returned and/or refunded for hygiene reasons.

Returns or exchange are also possible if:

  • The customer received the wrong product due to our mistake.
  • The customer received a defective product (each case is considered individually).
  • The customer received a product of a different color due to our mistake.

The customer must inform us of the above-mentioned issues and provide photos for confirmation within 2 days of receiving the product.

If our team agrees that the product is defective/incorrect, we will offer a returns or exchange. After receiving the product and checking for any damages, we will inform you. In this case, the customer should send the product to us in its original packaging. We cover all expenses (shipping, taxes).

All sales are final and sale items can NOT be returned, no exceptions.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

 

- Make sure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and in its original condition and 14 days period after delivery has not expired;

- Get in touch with our Customer Care team at josi.client@gmail.com to get refund form and the return shipping address;

- Pack your order in original package and send it to us via any trackable delivery service of your choice. Please note, the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us;

- Let us know the tracking number so we can process your return faster;

- Please allow us 2 weeks to process your return. We’ll be emailing you as soon as we receive the returned items and refund.

Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, force majeure.

Order processing time is up to 1-7 working days.
